What you can expect
We use a whole-body approach; combining both hands-on treatments with specific exercises and advice to ensure you get the best results. All standard treatments are 30 minutes and in private treatment rooms – we respect your time and privacy, so we don’t ‘float’ between clients.
We take our time to listen to your reasons for seeking treatment and what your goals are. Your movement range, pain levels, and current condition will be assessed before treatment begins.
The initial session is 45 minutes to allow time for a full assessment, plus lots of hands-on treatment. We do have longer and shorter appointments available for more complex or simpler issues. We provide a range of treatments which may include:
- soft/deep tissue massage
- trigger point therapy
- dry needling
- clinical movement therapy (incorporating clinical pilates)
- movement-based rehabilitation
- home exercise programs
If you are experiencing muscular or joint pain, don’t put up with it. Physiotherapy treatment is proven to speed up the healing process and can reduce pain and stiffness.
