Understand what’s going on. Work on it. Get moving.
Pain or injury can get in the way of more than just movement. It can stop you exercising, working, sleeping well or simply doing the things you enjoy.
At Wisdom, we’ll help you understand what’s going on and what may be contributing to it. Then we’ll get to work — combining hands-on physiotherapy with movement, exercise and practical advice to help you feel better, build confidence and get back to what matters to you.

What you can expect
Your appointment is yours.
Our standard physiotherapy appointments are 30 minutes, one-on-one with your physio and in a private treatment room.
We don’t move between multiple patients during your appointment. That time is set aside for you.
Understand
We’ll start by hearing what’s been happening, assessing how you move and working out what may be contributing to the problem. Just as importantly, we’ll talk about what you want to get back to.
Treat
We believe there’s still an important place for hands-on physiotherapy. Depending on what you need, treatment may include massage, mobilisation, manipulation, trigger point therapy or dry needling.
Move
Feeling better is important. Being able to do more is even better.
We’ll use movement, exercise and rehabilitation to help you build strength, improve mobility and feel more confident using your body again.
Hands-on when you need it. Movement to take you further.
There’s no single treatment that works for everyone — and we don’t think there should be.
Your physio will choose the right combination for you, which may include:
Hands-on treatment
Soft and deep tissue massage · joint mobilisation and manipulation · trigger point therapy
Additional treatment
Dry needling · Clinical Pilates · movement assessment and retraining
Exercise & rehabilitation
Strength and mobility exercises · home exercise programs · Clinical Pilates · physio-led exercise classes · return-to-sport rehabilitation
The aim isn’t simply to get you through your next appointment. We want you to understand your body, feel confident moving it and have a clear plan for what comes next.
Ready to get moving?
You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong or what treatment you need before you book.
Come in, tell us what’s going on and what you’d like to get back to. We’ll work it out from there.
