Seniors Exercise Classes

Our Senios Exercise Classes are perfect for men and women looking to enhance their posture, strength, balance, and overall control in a supportive environment. Clients that join this class are generally between the ages of 70 to 102!

Class Highlights:

  • Warm-Up & Individual Programs: Begin with a group warm-up, followed by personalised exercise programs tailored to your needs and supervised by our expert physiotherapist.
  • Health Benefits: Improve posture, strength, and balance while managing arthritis or osteo conditions. Gain greater resistance to injury and falls and improve bone density.
  • Small Class Size: Each class is limited to a maximum of 12 participants, ensuring personalised attention and support.
  • Duration: 45-minute sessions to keep you active and engaged.
