Zeke Okely – Physiotherapist
I provide holistic, individualised Physiotherapy, supporting people to recover from injuries, maximise mobility and achieve their goals to live their best life.
My professional and personal experience has taught me the importance of developing a respectful partnership with my clients to promote a sense of mutual responsibility to achieve the best health outcomes possible.
I have a great track record and extensive experience assisting children, and adults of all ages, and from all walks of life. I have expertise in effectively treating a wide range of injuries, genetic and neurological conditions using both hands-on, manual therapy and clinical exercise. I am continually honing my skills and keeping up to date with the latest research and have additional qualifications in Auslan and mental health first aid.
My goals are always to reduce your pain, improve your function and prevent future problems arising in a caring way. I work with my clients to create an individualised treatment plan that we create together. I understand that therapy in most effective when it is an enjoyable experience and, whenever possible, I ensure therapy is fun, especially when working with children.
Outside of my Physiotherapy work, you might find me camping, hiking in a national park, or at the beach trying not to fall off my surfboard.
I am an energetic, friendly and enthusiastic Physiotherapist with a genuine passion for empowering people of all abilities to remain active, healthy and to reach their full potential.
