Silvia Gonzalez-Quinones – Physiotherapist
Silvia is a musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a master in osteopathy, postgraduate studies in Myofascial Release Therapy (Myofascial Induction and Anatomy Trains) and Integrative Health Coach.
She has over 24 years of clinical experienced in Rehabilitation, hospital and private practice.
Silvia has a special interest in applying an integrative approach to treatment to help people to achieve their goals and wellness. She educates people about the link between body and mind to better understand how emotions and lifestyle factors like nutrition and sleep can affect your health from a physiological point of view.
Her holistic treatment is hands-on combining physiotherapy, osteopathy (gentle joint mobilisations, cranial and visceral) and myofascial release therapy to reduce pain, restore mobility and develop strength.
Outside of work, she spends her time playing Padel (a mix between tennis and squash ) and contributing to grow this amazing sport in WA. Silvia proudly represented Australia in the Padel World Cup 2022. She also enjoys baking, healthy cooking, recharging in nature and relaxing at the beach.
During the last few years, she has developed a special interest in educating people about being a highly sensitive person. She enjoys running educational workshops in the community to spread the knowledge about this trait.
Silvia is an empathetic and caring practitioner who believes in active listening to understand the person and enjoy empowering people through knowledge.
