Julian Benito

Qualifications:

I am a physiotherapist from Argentina with a passion for helping people move well, recover from injury, and achieve their personal goals.

My love of movement began at a young age through sport and Pilates, inspiring me to pursue a career in physiotherapy. Since graduating in 2021, I have gained experience across Argentina, Brazil, Italy and Australia, learning from different healthcare systems, cultures and therapeutic approaches along the way.

I began my career in Pilates-based rehabilitation and exercise therapy, where I also completed TPA® training in posturology to further develop my understanding of posture, movement and functional rehabilitation. In 2022, I moved to Brazil and worked in a fully equipped Pilates studio, delivering personalised rehabilitation programs using the full range of Pilates equipment.

In 2024, I relocated to Italy, where I spent two years working as a massage therapist in a ski resort spa. This role allowed me to further refine my hands-on treatment skills while working with people from around the world. During this time, I also completed Alchemy Kinesiology studies through EKIA School with Toni, expanding my knowledge of holistic approaches to health and wellbeing.

After moving to Australia in 2025, I have been working as a Pilates instructor and Support Worker while completing the requirements to become a registered physiotherapist in Australia.

I enjoy working with people of all ages and believe every treatment should be tailored to the individual. My approach combines hands-on therapy, movement, exercise and education to help people reduce pain, build confidence and return to the activities they enjoy most.
