Jack Connolly – Physiotherapist
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy, University of Notre Dame Australia
I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some exceptional mentors throughout my career, gaining valuable experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, from straightforward injuries to more complex, persistent presentations. I’m passionate about helping people simplify their rehabilitation, understand their condition, and regain confidence in their bodies.
My treatment approach is tailored to each individual, combining hands-on therapy with targeted exercise, Clinical Pilates, evidence-based education and dry needling where appropriate. By drawing on a range of treatment strategies, I work with my clients to develop a plan that suits their goals, lifestyle and stage of recovery. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment where people feel comfortable sharing their concerns and empowered to take an active role in their recovery.
My background in sport has given me a strong understanding of sporting injuries and the physical and mental demands of returning to competition. I enjoy helping athletes of all levels recover and get back to doing what they love. I also have a particular interest in persistent pain, working with people experiencing long-standing symptoms to better understand the drivers of their pain and develop practical strategies that improve function, reduce pain and restore confidence in movement.
